Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

OPPOSITE OF EFFICIENT! Worst washer

Misty5 5/14/2026

The fill doesn™€™t work like older models. The sensors are horrible. It doesn™€™t fully wash, rinse, nor fill and have to cycle clothes 2-3 times to wash and thoroughly rinse. Waste of time and water. We had to wait because the one we wanted was no longer available and they sent us a horrible replacement. Won™€™t be using Maytags anymore.

Paint on inside panels and drum peeling at 1 year

Tpshlf66 3/13/2026

I purchased this dryer in August 2022, and within a year had issues with the paint/powder coating bubbling off and wrecking our clothes. I contacted where I purchased the dryer and they had to come out and replace the back panel. A year later and i was back to the same issue. The paint/coating on the drum and back/front panels are coming off and destroying our clothes. i contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they will do about it since it is "out of warranty", despite me having proof that this is an ongoing issue and that it has already had to be replaced once, and is now spreading throughout the dryer. I asked about the drum being under a 10 year warranty, and was informed that this "warranty" only covers mechanical issues and since the drum is still working, I am experiencing a "cosmetic issue'. Apparently having a 3.5 year old dryer that I cannot use for a second time because it is flaking toxic paint that then dries on our clothes is not a serious issue. The customer service rep did say she could offer me a possible discount on a new appliance purchased through their site. Ummm, no thanks, so I can spend another $1200 on a gas dryer that may only last another couple years before it starts falling apart? Avoid Maytag appliances and their phoney warranties. You are warned.

I brought a brand new dryer from Lowe's that makes a real loud noise. I have schedule a service call but no one showed up. I scheduled another service call for January 15, 2026 and I called to find out if a repairman is still coming and was told that the earliest someone could come out will be January 23, 2026 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. This is ridiculous! I feel that I brought a lemon and Maytag is not honoring the warranty. I will never buy another Magtag again and will tell everyone I know not to purchase any Magtag products.

Powerful and reliable!

Appliances user 11/11/2025

I™€™ve had this Maytag dryer for about 4 months, and it works like a tank, reliable. The new appliance has some little flaws like the top isn™€™t flat, so things can slide off easily. Also, the lint collector needs a little snuggle to pull out. No big deal. It has a big capacity, super easy to use, and has lots of features for a good price. I definitely recommend it.

Still working after 4 years

Graylady55 11/9/2025

The only thing I do hear is when I start a load it sounds like it takes a little more time for the gas to ignite the heating element. It still works and dries my clothes. So I'm not too worried right now

High capacity doesn™€™t measure up to its promise

GS2022 10/12/2025

While this machine does a decent job on most types of washing, we™€™ve had two problems ™€" first, using the ™€œauto fill™€ option sometimes results in clothes that clearly haven™€™t gotten wet enough to actually come clean - I now use the medium or high fill for all operations. Second, the large capacity has been great for bulky blankets, washable rugs, etc. ™€" but we™€™ve had two warranty repairs on the drive, which suggests that the guts of the machine aren™€™t really cut out for these heavy loads ™€" in fact, the repair tech told us as much. So the ™€œlarge capacity™€ isn™€™t all it™€™s cracked up to be.

Inferior washing action

1995 Kenmore 10/1/2025

The unit doesn't move the clothes around enough or use enough water to do a good job of washing the clothes. The older Sears Kenmore washers were MUCH better washers. They only took 30 minutes to wash clothes and used plenty of water for the wash and rinse cycles. Your washer takes an hour and twenty minutes to do what it does. Your washer blows.

use of the Maytag dryer

bassvista 9/19/2025

Our old Maytag washer/dryer worked for over 25 years. When the washer motor finally burned out. We opted to buy a new set of Maytag washer/dryer. Thus far, we had tp replaced the washer with a new one. The dryer was not working when, I think, we put in a too-heavy load. The controls are not straight forward. You need to guess how it really works, unlike our old dryer. I am very disappointed

I have had another name brand and it just didn™€™t last. I replaced it with a Maytag, then I replaced another appliance with a Maytag. I was telling a friend about this and she laughed and said she and her husband will never buy another appliance by that other company again either. My friend and her husband had purchased the top of the line of that other company. We refer to that other company simply as ™€˜G™€™. Go with Maytag, you won™€™t regret it.

This dryer is exactly what I wanted! Just wanted a simple dryer that gets the job done, and that is what this is! No bells or whistles! It dries wonderfully and has a buzzer when load is done. Also has wrinkle control setting. I don™€™t use dryer sheets. I use wool dryer balls which helps in quicker drying time and doesn™€™t leave gunky coating on clothes or in dryer. Love my simple dryer!

Controls not working

Mike Sch 12/26/2024

Suddenly, our washer will not cycle properly. It will not spin and leaves water standing in the wash tub. Additionally, the lid locks and unlocks randomly throughout the wash. And it happened right at the front end of a 10 day visit by our son's family with two kids. Bad timing over the Christmas holidays.
